As a small business we take great pride in providing a service that is unique to the central west. We've structured the float sessions so that you can enjoy yours without stress and without worry. We want to make sure your time is the most relaxing it can be. We also only ever cater to one float session at a time and when a floating guest fails to show for their session time or if they cancel their session, it is difficult to fill that session on short notice.
It's an unfortunate reality that despite the best of intentions, some people fail to show for their scheduled float sessions, or they cancel without sufficient notice. Ultimately, this can put upward pressure on the prices we charge and we think you'll appreciate us taking measures to save you money!
To minimise these no shows and late cancellations, we now require a deposit be made for each session booked.
By clicking on the "Deposit booking" link at the bottom of this page, you'll be directed to our online booking system where you can select the day and time of your float. If you're an existing Float Club loyalty member, please use this button to schedule your float.
Payment of the deposit confirms your floatation therapy booking. Any outstanding session float session fees will be collected when you join us for your float. If you're using a gift voucher to schedule your session, please click on the "Voucher booking" button instead.
When you make your booking, please do so with the understanding of the following conditions;
1) cancellations made with greater than 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time of your float session incur a $10 administrative / cancellation fee. If using a gift voucher, the value of the gift voucher less $10 administration fee will be refunded to the credit card of the person who purchased the voucher.
2) cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled float session start time will receive a deposit refund less $20 administration/cancellation fee. If using a gift voucher, the value of the gift voucher less $20 administration fee will be refunded to the credit card of the person who purchased the voucher.
2) cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled float session start time will forfeit 100% of the deposit made for that session. 100% deposit forfeiture also applies if you fail to show for your scheduled floatation therapy session. Bookings made using a gift voucher will forfeit 100% of the voucher value for that session.
3) rescheduling of your floatation therapy session is possible. Only one reschedule per session is allowed. If you reschedule your session by giving more than 24 hours notice, no administration/ reschedule fee will be applied. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur an administrative fee of $20. If using a gift voucher, this administration fee will be collected when you attend your float session.
